It's been so mild here this winter that the chickens are still able to do a lot of free-ranging.
A couple weeks ago it was so nice outside that I was able to do some knitting on the back deck. While I was knitting, the chickens started gathering around looking for some food. So I decided to see if they would eat out of my hand. Sure enough, they're little piggies. I don't really spend all that much time with my chickens to get them used to me. Therefore, they can be a bit jumpy. But here they are anyway:
